Our Story

It all began in my childhood with a dream! My mother was a fabulous cook, but she was never a baker or a candy maker. I was envious of my friends whose mothers could bake and make candy treats for them. If I wanted those same treats, I thought I need to make these myself. The curiosity was born and creativity was stirred. Soon I was baking and making delicious cakes, pies, cookies and candies.

The praline has always been one of my favorites. It’s the perfect blend of butter, cream, sugar, vanilla and pecans. During the boredom of COVID, I decided to dabble in creating different taste sensations of the praline. I created 25 different flavors — all of which I will bring to your taste buds to try. The options are endless and I hope you will join me on this dream to create New Orleans’ and the world’s best pralines!
